A place I have always wanted to travel to. It was great to experience it along with the history. Fantastic experience. This is great for those who may not be able to travel but still want to see the world.

Aditi B.

It was awesome. It was like being there in person. Highly recommended.

Petya J.

It was a wonderful experience! Can't wait to tell all my friends and coworkers to go. It's made so real. Highly recommending it.

VR tech has really come a long way as I did not experience any sickness or vision issues like I have with older tech around 4 years ago. Enjoyed going up into the sky (although might be a bit scary for people with acrophobia, or whatever the "fear of heights" is called). Staff were very friendly, patient, and supportive (brought 76-y/o mother with me, who was delighted since her mobility limits her from hiking).

Lydia Martinez

Real fun tour. Felt like a 50 minute Disney ride. Great effects, and great visuals.

Cynthia W.

Omg! That was so much fun. I've never done anything like that and I actually felt like I was there, with the animals, cliffs, and people. Fantastic experience. I look forward to more of these virtual experiences.

Martha M.

This was an amazing experience . It is so well done. I have been to Machu Pichu and it was like going back . This is an activity for young and old alike . The staff are fantastic. I will go back. Don’t miss it!!

Maira R.

It was a fun experience! I loved my AI tour guide. He was cute. And the llama, (Henry i think?) was a plus. Good times. 30 mins of information and fun. I recommend it. Oh and the staff was really nice. Hi guys!

Bringing History to Life

To bring Machu Picchu: Journey to the Lost City to life, we teamed up with Incan historians and gained rare access to the site during its pandemic closure. Armed with drones, LiDAR, and photogrammetry, we digitally captured every stone and summit in stunning detail. The result? A thrilling journey through the past that's as entertaining as it is accurate—part epic adventure, part cultural tribute.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE EVENT

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Due to the nature of multi-user tracking technology, non-service animals are not allowed in order to avoid collision with other users in virtual reality. Service animals are welcome at our venues. For safety reasons, however, service animals generally cannot be in the VR play area while participants are wearing headsets. During the VR experience, guests lose vision and awareness of their surroundings, which could create a risk of injury to you, your animal, or other guests.

To make sure you can still enjoy the experience, we offer the following accommodation:

Companion Ticket: If you would like your service animal nearby, we can provide complimentary admission at the entrance of the experience for a companion to join you during your session. The companion will not wear a VR headset but can accompany you and your service animal in the VR arena to supervise and ensure the animal remains safe and close.

Our team is happy to work with you to plan the best option for your visit.
