VR tech has really come a long way as I did not experience any sickness or vision issues like I have with older tech around 4 years ago. Enjoyed going up into the sky (although might be a bit scary for people with acrophobia, or whatever the "fear of heights" is called). Staff were very friendly, patient, and supportive (brought 76-y/o mother with me, who was delighted since her mobility limits her from hiking).

To bring Machu Picchu: Journey to the Lost City to life, we teamed up with Incan historians and gained rare access to the site during its pandemic closure. Armed with drones, LiDAR, and photogrammetry, we digitally captured every stone and summit in stunning detail. The result? ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from the event? Machu Picchu: Journey to the Lost City is a free-roaming virtual reality experience that allows you to walk through an impressive 4D reconstruction of the ancient Inca citadel. Using advanced VR technology, it offers an immersive, multi-user journey into Inca history, architecture, and culture. Move around freely, interact with key points, and explore the mysteries of Machu Picchu like never before.
Where is the experience located? Underground Hall of Terreiro do Paco Metro Station Metropolitano de Lisboa - Terreiro do Paco, 1100-278 Lisbon You will need to get in the Terreiro do Paco station, in the direction of the Metro / Underground entrance to be able to find our secret hall.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors? This experience takes place indoors with air conditioning.
How long does the experience last? This experience has an estimated duration of 45 minutes but reserve 1 hour. We advise you to arrive up to 10 minutes before your session. We don't allow late arrivals in.
Will food and beverages be available for purchase on-site? No food or beverages will be available for purchase at this event.
Is parking available? There will be no parking available at the venue, however, there are paid car parks in the area.
Will there be additional sessions? We cannot guarantee that there will be extra dates. Please check the experience page for updated availability information, as these are the confirmed dates and times.
Will there be Virtual Reality? This is a virtual reality experience for participants aged 12 and above.
Is there a dress code? No.
Will the event have merchandise for sale? No.

ABOUT THE TICKETS

Where can I buy tickets? On the Fever app on Google Play and the Apple Store or on the Fever website.
Can I buy tickets at the venue? We will have a box office at the venue. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event. We recommend you booking your tickets in advance to guarantee your place. You can buy tickets on the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need additional help. Don't forget to include the ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account you used when purchasing the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Am I entitled to a refund? What is the exchange policy? Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience's start time. In this case, please contact us and provide your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For more information, please consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group reservation? If you wish to make a reservation for a large group, please fill out the form with your preferred date and group size at the following link: https://corporate.feverup.com/private-events/#contact

ABOUT THE EVENT ACCESS

Do I need to arrive before my scheduled session? You should arrive up to 10 minutes prior to your session time; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? No animals are allowed at the event venue - not even service animals.
Is the event venue accessible? Yes, the event venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
What items are prohibited at the experience? Can I smoke or vape? Smoking or vaping is not permitted at the event venue.
Are tickets for companions offered free of charge? Visitors who require assistance during the experience are entitled to request 1 free ticket for their companion. After purchasing your ticket (it is essential to have a valid ticket before making the request), contact us for more information at hello@feverup.com.
Is the experience accessible for people with visual or hearing impairments? The visual content of our immersive expedition is not subtitled, so it is not suited for customers with a hearing impairment. We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights? No, there will not be strobe lights.
Are chairs available? Can I remain seated during the experience/exhibition? This is not a seated experience, so there will be no seating available during the event. However, we have chairs available in the waiting room.
Will there be restrooms available on-site? This venue has restrooms available, please ask our on-site staff for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience? No photos are allowed in this experience, not even with your mobile phone.
Is there a Lost and Found? We recommend asking the venue staff if they found your belongings. If you cannot ask at the venue, please contact us at ola@feverup.com.
Is there a place to store coats/backpacks at the venue? The event venue has a cloakroom available with limited capacity, however, we do not store large items such as backpacks. Please ask our on-site staff for directions.
Is there a minimum age requirement? This experience only allows guests over 12 years of age.
