Could the virtual reality experience be uncomfortable or unsuitable for certain people?
Virtual reality offers an enjoyable experience but may be uncomfortable for some people. It is not recommended for those who suffer from claustrophobia and/or vertigo. People prone to motion sickness may also experience discomfort when using a virtual reality headset, which could cause symptoms such as drowsiness and increase the risk of injury during real-world activities.
Is the experience accessible to people who are deaf or visually impaired?
The visual content of our immersive expedition does not have subtitles and is therefore not suitable for people with hearing impairments. We are working to make all our experiences inclusive and recommend that you explore other options available in your city.

Please note that during pregnancy, some people are more prone to dizziness, and the floor will be a hard surface throughout the experience. If you decide to attend while pregnant, we recommend consulting with your doctor beforehand. Please note that at one point during the experience you will be asked to crouch down to access one of the chapters.
